The three-hour Island Circuit trail. Starting at your beach-side drop off, hike up to the Mount Kootaloo summit (the top of the island) for panoramic views over the Family Islands. Continue on through Palm Valley and walk along Coconut Beach before going for a snorkel on the white sandy spit and coral reef around the main pier at Brammo Bay also a great place to swim and explore the jetty.

Mt Kootaloo
From the jetty, make a left and follow the beach until you reach the track signs leading to Muggy Muggy Beach and Mt Kootaloo.

We were given a great lunch pack to take with us which we at towards the end of our 13km hike around the island. Awesome hike and the skipper of the boat was very informational and friendly as was his first mate.

Definitely a good day and finished with a swim in the ocean to call off before heading back.

We scored a great day with only 7 on board, a whole day with the island pretty much to ourselves to explore and the ride over was great, the crew were very informative and welcoming, a well stocked bar if needed and an all round great experience. Will definitely go again
